If you are looking for advancement in your career or to improve your business, try tapping into this direction at your Work desk. Have your table positioned in such a way that you now 'face' this direction while you work. It would be ideal to also have your room door facing (from inside looking out) this direction. This is called 'tapping into' your Sheng Qi direction.

If you are looking for a house to buy, you may want to find a house with its main door 'facing' (from inside looking out) to this direction. The energies or Qi that enters from this direction will help you in your financial and political endeavors.

When selecting a workroom, you can also select a room that is located in your personal Sheng Qi direction.

Direction : North

Tian Yi is known as the Heavenly Doctor in Chinese. This Qi helps you in matters relating to health. If you are looking to improve your health in general or to recover from a particular illness, you may want to try to utilize the natural energies of your Tian Yi. This direction also brings good mentor luck or helpful people into your life. If you need someone to help you, tap to this direction. Have your bed (headboard) situated to face this direction while you sleep. This means, the top of your head should point to this direction, not your feet.

Choose a bedroom that is located in your TIAN YI sector of the house (base on the House Gya). For example, if the house's Tian Yi sector is South, then choose a room that is located in the South Sector of your home. As an additional benefit, have your bed pointed to your personal Tian Yi direction to benefit from the Qi for good health and helpful people in your life.

For the serious practitioners, your stove, microwave or oven should also tap into this 'direction'. For example, the knobs of your stove, should be pointed to this direction to benefit from the Tian Yi Qi.

The microwave and oven should have it's opening facing out (meaning, pretend you are inside the oven looking out) to this direction.
